within 10 days of the date of publication of this notice. The merger application will be
considered and processed pursuant to 6 O.S. Section 1101 et seq. The applicant must publish notice in a newspaper(s) of general circulation in the
community in which the main office of each of the banks involved in the transaction
is located. 2. The applicant must publish all notices in the joint names of all banks involved in the
transaction. 3. The applicant must use the correct term applying to the proposed transaction in the
notice, that is, merger or consolidation. 4. The applicant must promptly furnish the Commissioner an affidavit evidencing such
