S-10 Bolt-on Triangulated 4-link 1. This kit can be installed with or without the bed intact. It is easier with the bed off. 2. Jack truck up and support at frame wells with jack stands and remove wheels and shocks.. 3. Remove differential cover and save gear oil for future reference. 4. Mount differential bracket with link mounts towards front of truck. 2 differential cover gaskets are used. 1 between the differential bracket and the differential and 1 between the differential bracket and the differential cover. 5. Using removed gear oil as reference refill differential with same amount of factory recommended gear oil. 6. With axle supported by a floor jack, unbolt axle from leaf springs. 7. Remove leafs by unbolting from leaf spring hanger and rear shackles. 8. Bolt axle brackets to axle with lower bag mount to rear of truck. 9. Bolt lower link bars in place with wider adjustable end mounting into factory front leaf spring hanger. 10. With axle still supported by floor jack install upper angled links. 11. Bolt front cross member bracket to angled upper links and position cross member bracket against cross member. The floor jack might be needed to move axle to position cross member bracket. 12. With rear end adjusted to ride height use frame rails and back side of drums or factory leaf perches on axle to center axle. 13. With axle centered drill holes in cross member and bolt on cross member bracket. 14. Place upper bag bracket on top of bag and bolt bag to lower bag bracket on rear of axle bracket. 15. With upper bracket on top of bag use floor jack to raise axle till upper bag bracket is positioned on bottom of frame rail directly over lower bag bracket. Mark frame to show bracket position. 16. Using the upper bracket as a stencil, drill holes and mount upper brackets. 17. Install fitting in bag and connect airline, mount bag to upper and lower mount. 18. Bolt shocks to upper factory mounts and lower mounting position provided on axle brackets. 19. Remount wheels and take truck off jack stands. 20. Add air to bags to bring truck to ride height. 21. Using adjustable links adjust pinion angle to prevent drive shaft vibration. 22. Remove factory bump stop over axle. 23. With no air in bags and frame resting on axle use c-notch as stencil to mark holes and cut line for c-notch centered directly over axle. 24. Support frame rails behind axle with jack stands. 25. Drill holes and cut frame section out. 26. Bolt up c-notches. S-10 Bolt-on Triangulated 4-link Parts List 1 - Differential bracket
